Dr. Seth Fader began his medical career with an athletic training degree from San Diego State University, followed by a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, CA, in 1998. He completed his internship and residency in Family Practice at John C. Lincoln Hospital in Phoenix, AZ, where he gained extensive experience in both Family Practice and Emergency Medicine. 

Dr. Fader initially practiced in Medford, OR, providing comprehensive inpatient and outpatient care before relocating to Seattle to be closer to his family. Over the past 25 years, he has worked in various settings, including private practice, Swedish Health Services, and Overlake Hospital. He is also certified in Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy through World Link Medical, allowing him to offer specialized care in this field.

Dr. Fader is deeply committed to his patients, emphasizing holistic care and unwavering advocacy. His patient-centered approach has earned him a loyal following, with many patients choosing to stay under his care throughout the region. In addition to his medical practice, Dr. Fader is an accomplished athlete, recognized as an Ironman All World Athlete.
